Shipley ended the week with back-to-back limited practices while working through a foot injury, but he's been officially cleared to play for MNF. Saquon Barkley (shoulder) and Tank Bigsby (abdomen) have also been cleared to play, so Shipley will serve as the Eagles' third option out of the backfield.
