Sidelined Wednesday

Hilton (quadriceps) won't practice Wednesday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Erickson notes that the Colts aren't ruling Hilton out for Sunday's game against the 49ers, but the wideout won't be ready to practice after he sustained a quad injury over the weekend in his season debut. In his return from a five-game absence following neck surgery, Hilton caught all four of his targets for 80 yards in the Colts' 31-3 win over the Texans before departing.
