Jameis Winston @ CIN $7,800

In tournaments, I want a QB who plays on a bad defensive team with no run game. That’s what we have here with Tampa Bay. Their defense has been awful this season, and they haven’t been able to move the ball on the ground. This has resulted in 93 passing attempts from Winston over the last two games. He’s racked up 760 yards over that span with five total touchdowns. He failed to score a touchdown last week, but still had 365 yards, 55 rushing yards, and a rushing touchdown. He’ll have no choice but to throw the ball again this week, and the Bengals have allowed the second-most yards per game and fourth-most passing yards per game. They rank ninth-worst against the pass, according to Football Outsiders and they’ve given up the fifth-most fantasy points per game to QB’s. Cincy has allowed 15 passing touchdowns, which ranks fifth.

Aaron Rodgers @ LAR $8,600

Aaron Rodgers is coming off a bye and is getting some of his pass catchers back in Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison. The Los Angeles Rams are going to score points, there’s no question there. They have the highest team implied total at 34.5. It’ll likely mean a lot of throws from Rodgers, who loves to call his own number inside the red zone. Rodgers has ranked inside the Top 2 in red zone passing attempts in three of the last four years. This is the highest total (56.5) of the week and it’s Rodgers’ DEF that has put him in a position, where he’s had to throw 98 times his last two games. He has 867 yards and five touchdowns over that span. His knee also looks good as he’s picked up at least 30 yards on the ground in two of his last three contests.
