Drew Brees vs. PIT $8,500
Drew Brees has had two stinkers in a row but returns home where he has a 20:1 TD: INT ratio with a 77 completion percentage. Brees only has 11 touchdowns to four interceptions on the road and he’s averaging 217 passing yards compared to 320 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Brees hasn’t topped 203 passing yards since Week 11, but his Saints have the highest team implied total of the week (30.5) and this NO/PIT game has the highest total on the main slate (53).
Deshaun Watson @ PHI $8,000
This is a good spot for Deshaun Watson this week, despite this being a road game in Philadelphia. The Eagles have allowed the sixth-most yards, second-most passing yards and fantasy points to wideouts. It’s been a rough go for their secondary as the injuries continue to be an issue. Watson also has that rushing ability which gives him a solid floor; At least 30 rushing yards in four of his past six games. Watson is the second-ranked QB in the last four weeks. It was his best fantasy game of the season as he had four total touchdowns.
