Stacks are correlation plays that are ideal in tournaments because they help your lineup differentiate from the crowd while simultaneously putting more upside in your lineup’s range of outcomes. But stacks can absolutely be considered in cash as well if you feel the matchup is favorable enough. Stacks should always be in consideration and here are some of my favorites this week:

Cash Stacks

Tom Brady and Julian Edelman
This Patriots at Steelers contest should be a good real-life and fantasy game as the Over/Under currently sits at 52 points. We should want exposure here and I think Tom Brady is the main way to get it. Brady ranks ninth in passing yards per game and leads a Patriots team that ranks fifth in yards per game and sixth in points per game. He’s a solid play against a Steelers pass defense that ranks 21st in Pass DVOA. Stack Brady with Julian Edelman, who leads the Patriots in targets per game and ranks 14th in the league in that same category.

Andrew Luck and T.Y. Hilton
Luck ranks seventh in passing yards per game and second in pass TDs and gets to play at home in a favorable fantasy game. Stack Luck with T.Y. Hilton, who ranks 15th in the league in targets per game, has seen 35 targets over the past three weeks and is coming off a 199-receiving yard performance in Week 14.
