NFL DFS cash games are all about building a high-floor lineup that can win in head-to-heads, 50/50s, and double-ups. Each week I’ll highlight my favorite cash game picks that I have some confidence heading into the weekend to put into my player pools.

For more on cash game strategy, be sure you listen to our DFS Cash Overview episode. Be sure you’re also subscribed to the DFS Podcast where Kyle and I go through the main slate every Friday and recap each slate on Tuesdays. Let’s get after it!

Quarterbacks

Josh Allen $7,000 vs. TB
Allen got there for DFS last week thanks to some dirty, stinky garbage time, but man, the Bills laid a giant egg on the road in Miami. Even still, this is far too cheap of a price tag for Allen, particularly in this matchup against a Bucs defense that invites opponents to throw the football. For context, Tampa has faced the ninth-most drop backs this season, and the eighth-highest opponent pass rate. I do have some concerns about the state of the WR/TE room with Dalton Kincaid (Hamstring) out. However, if we think the Bucs force Allen into more drop backs, we know what he can do, both with his arm and with his legs. Among QBs with at least three starts, Allen is second on the season in fantasy points per drop back behind only Lamar Jackson.
