Coach Brandon Staley relayed Monday that Bosa has a foot sprain and is "likely" headed to IR, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Per Popper, Staley acknowledged that it's "to be determined" whether Bosa will play again this season, and with that in mind it seems safe to assume that the star pass rusher will miss some time, beginning with Sunday's game against the Ravens.
