Cooks was rested Wednesday, but he's now listed as dealing with a health concern in advance of Sunday's game against the Browns. It remains to be seen if the veteran wideout's issue is something he sustained during Week 12 action or stems from Thursday's session. Look for added clarity with regard to Cooks' status to arrive no later than Friday, when the Texans final injury report of the week is posted.
