Still not practicing
Williams (ankle) remained sidelined at practice Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Williams, who was inactive for this past Sunday's win over the Cardinals, was unable to practice ahead of that contest and the wideout's continued absence Wednesday clouds his availability for this weekend's matchup against the Raiders. If Williams remains out, DeAndre Carter and Joshua Palmer would once again be in line to see expanded roles in Week 13 alongside Keenan Allen.
