Though Leonard is a full participant for a third straight Wednesday practice, he's still waiting to make his season debut. The star linebacker has shown positive progress in his rehab, but Indianapolis has remained cautious with him. If Leonard is sidelined for a third consecutive contest Sunday against the Chiefs, E.J. Speed would likely draw another start.
