Cameron Brate, TE (FA)
One catch in season-ending loss
Brate secured one of three targets for nine yards during the Buccaneers' 30-27 loss to the Rams in their NFC divisional-round matchup Sunday.
Brate had a minimal role in the season-ending defeat, even with Breshad Perriman (hip) and Cyril Grayson (hamstring) sitting out the contest and thereby thinning out the Buccaneers' pass-catching corps further. The veteran tight end remains under contract for the next two seasons at cap hits of $7.3 and $7.9 million, but it remains to be seen what type of offensive overhaul the team might undergo this offseason should Tom Brady decide to call it a career and Brate's position mate Rob Gronkowski opts to join him in retirement.
