Chris Moore, WR (HOU)

Scores in finale

Moore caught three of three targets for 38 yards and a 28-yard touchdown in Week 18's 28-25 loss to Tennessee.

Moore scored his second touchdown and first since Week 5. He was normally involved in every game, but played more than 30 percent of the offensive snaps just four times in 12 games. The 28-year-old wide receiver enters the offseason as an unrestricted free agent, while the franchise enters what appears to be a busy offseason.
