Jerry Jeudy, WR (DEN)

Quiet to close out season

Jeudy secured two of five targets for 30 yards in the Broncos' 28-24 loss to the Chiefs on Saturday.

Jeudy's non-eventful return from a one-game stay on the reserve/COVID-19 list was certainly a downer for fantasy managers rolling with him in Week 18 league championship games. The quiet finish was in some ways a fitting end to a disappointing sophomore NFL campaign for the 2020 first-round pick, one in which he missed seven games overall and surprisingly never found the end zone. The talented 22-year-old did demonstrate some solid rapport with Teddy Bridgewater at times in their first season together, but it remains to seen if Jeudy will start 2022 with a third signal-caller in as many pro seasons -- Bridgewater is slated for unrestricted free agency, and if he doesn't return to Denver, the Broncos will almost certainly bring in other competition for Drew Lock.
