Hits reserve/COVID-19 list
The Chargers placed Allen (undisclosed) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Taylor Bisciotti of NFL Network reports.
The vaccination status of Allen is unclear, but he's now in danger of missing his first game of the season, one day removed from doubling his TD count on the campaign with two scoring strikes this past Sunday at Cincinnati. His status will be one to monitor as the week goes on, but if Allen ends up sidelined Week 14 against the Giants, Jalen Guyton and Josh Palmer would be in line for additional work alongside starting wide receiver Mike Williams.
