Curtis Samuel, WR (WAS)

Limited again in practice

Samuel (groin) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Though Samuel likely isn't 100 percent healthy while tending to a groin injury that has bothered him since minicamp back in June, he demonstrated enough progress last week to gain clearance to play for the first time since Week 5. He played just a quarter of Washington's offensive snaps and earned just two touches, but perhaps more importantly, the Football Team hasn't indicated that Samuel experienced any setbacks coming out of the contest. As such, his limitations in practices Wednesday and Thursday may just be maintenance-related. If Samuel is cleared for Sunday's game against the Raiders, he should see at least a slight uptick in his snap count.
