The Steelers activated McCloud (undisclosed) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.

McCloud missed Week 12 after being placed on the COVID list, but he will be back in action for Sunday's contest against the Ravens. Back in Week 10 against the Lions, the No. 1 return man saw a surprising 12 targets, but he came back down to earth with just two targets Week 11.
