Hill (foot) has been dealing with a plantar fascia injury, Jeff Duncan of The Athletic reports.
Hill has been active for each of the last two games but hasn't made an appearance behind starter Trevor Siemian. He was available as an "emergency backup" during Thursday's 31-6 loss to the Bills, and it's not yet clear whether he'll he available as a gadget option in Thursday's Week 13 matchup against the Cowboys.
