Phillip Lindsay, RB (MIA)

Claimed off waivers

The Dolphins have claimed Lindsay off waivers from the Texans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Lindsay, who logged 50 carries for 130 yards and a TD and added three catches for 37 yards and a receiving score in 10 games for the Texans prior to being let go, will now have a chance to secure a role in Miami's backfield behind starter Myles Gaskin. While it remains to be seen what level of volume Lindsay will see with the Dolphins, he does have a chance to resurface as a fantasy option in the coming weeks if he earns a steady role with his new team.
