Limited in practice again
Patterson (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.
He previously was listed as limited last Monday through Wednesday, prior to sitting out a Thursday's night loss to the Patriots after being characterized as a game-day decision leading up to kickoff. Patterson now hopes to make it back for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, a matchup that should allow the Falcons to be far more competitive than they were last week. With Patterson out of the lineup, Qadree Ollison came off the practice squad to lead the team in carries in Atlanta's shutout loss to New England.
