Plays through shoulder issue

Beckham (shoulder) secured two of six targets for 23 yards in the Browns' 17-14 win over the Broncos on Thursday night.

Beckham somewhat surprisingly garnered active status after it was reported earlier in the day he was expected to sit out. However, with Case Keenum running a fairly conservative game plan and D'Ernest Johnson consistently eating up chunks of yardage on the ground in his spot start, the entire pass-catching corps generated underwhelming numbers. Beckham now has a trio of two-catch, sub-30-yard efforts in his last four games, something that he and fantasy managers will hope a few extra days of rest and the possible return of Mayfield will correct in a Week 8 home matchup versus the Steelers a week from Sunday.
