Jacob Eason, QB (SEA)

Cut loose by Colts

The Colts waived Eason on Tuesday, Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus reports.

Eason fell behind Brett Hundley in the Colts' pecking order and has now lost his roster spot altogether with Sam Ehlinger (knee) being activated off of injured reserve. Eason had some intriguing tools coming out of college but hasn't shown enough at the pro level to keep a backup role at this point.
