Injures quad in return
Hilton (neck) caught all four of his targets for 80 yards in Sunday's 31-3 win over the Texans, but he also left the game in the second half due to a quadriceps injury, Joel A. Erickson of the Indianapolis Star reports.
Hilton returned to his customary field-stretching role in his season debut, hauling in a 52-yard deep ball to set up a second-quarter field goal and finishing with a team-high receiving yardage total. Unfortunately, he also left the game late, as did Parris Campbell (foot). More clarity on Hilton's availability for the Colts' Week 7 trip to San Francisco should surface once the team resumes practicing, but he was available for postgame interviews, which could bode well for the veteran wide receiver's availability.
