Gets involved in passing game

Humphrey caught one of two targets for 27 yards during Sunday's 26-7 loss to the Panthers.

Humphrey wasn't in the starting lineup this time around, but he jumped from 29 percent of the offensive snaps Week 1 to 55 percent Sunday, despite the Saints needing a pass-heavy approach most of the game. While this jump in playing time resulted in a couple of targets for him after he didn't see any in the season opener, the 6-foot-4 receiver likely will continue to see his biggest offensive contributions come as a blocker.
