Three catches in Week 2
Gesicki caught three of six targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 35-0 loss to the Bills.
Gesicki was third in both targets and receiving yards behind wide receivers DeVante Parker and Jaylen Waddle. It was encouraging to see the 25-year-old tight end get more involved after failing to record a catch in the season opener, but Gesicki's struggles as a blocker will likely continue to limit his usage in Week 3 against the Raiders and beyond. Jacoby Brissett played most of the game under center following Tua Tagovailoa's rib injury, so it remains to be seen who will be throwing to Gesicki moving forward.
